Dry Creek Crossing is a six-story, 64-unit affordable housing community that provides a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes for individuals and family households earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income. Apartments are expected to be available for first occupancy in late 2025. Please check back here often for progress updates.
